Hero has taken the wraps off the Xpulse 150, the smallest member of the Xpulse family, at EICMA 2026. Here's all you need to know about the new entry-level adventure bike.

The Xpulse 150 gets a simple design with an LED headlight, a wide handlebar, a long single-piece seat, an upswept exhaust, and a tall windscreen for wind protection. The bike also gets a high-mounted fender, a metal bash plate, and a rear luggage rack to mount luggage.

The Xpulse 150 is powered by a 150 cc, carbureted, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The engine makes 12.37 PS and 12.8 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

In terms of underpinnings, the Hero bike gets a telescopic fork along with a monoshock. It rides on a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear wheel, wrapped in dual-purpose tyres. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends, and the bike also gets single-channel ABS.
In terms of dimensions, it has a kerb weight of 141.5 kg, a fuel tank capacity of 10.8 litres, ground clearance of 220 mm, and a seat height of 826 mm

Feature-wise, it gets all-LED lighting, a USB charging port, and an instrument console similar to the one on the Hero Xtreme 125R. Whether or not it gets any connectivity features will only be known once the bike is launched.
The Hero Xpulse 150 will be the smallest adventure bike in the brand's lineup and will be the spiritual successor to the long-gone Hero Impulse 150. It could be a great starting point for someone looking for an affordable trail bike or a comfortable commuter to zip around the city.
That being said, the Xpulse 150 is primarily built for export markets like Latin America, and Hero has no plans to bring this baby Xpulse to India anytime soon.
