Quick Highlights:
Gets the same design as the Harley-Davidson X440T
Powered by a smaller 350cc engine to benefit from GST 2.0 norms
Expected to retain the same underpinnings and feature list as the X440T
Harley-Davidson has unveiled the X350T at EICMA 2026, bringing a smaller-capacity version of its X440T to the global stage. The new motorcycle looks almost identical to its bigger sibling, but gets a smaller engine that could make it a more affordable entry point into the Harley-Davidson lineup. Here's what you need to know.
At first glance, you would be hard-pressed to tell the Harley-Davidson X350T apart from the regular X440 T. The design has remained absolutely unchanged, with the same muscular roadster-inspired styling, sculpted fuel tank, round headlamp and chunky proportions.

The only visual differences are the new dark green colour scheme and the X350T badging on either side of the fuel tank. The motorcycle retains the same overall silhouette, giving it the familiar Harley-Davidson roadster appeal.
The biggest reason behind the X350T is the revised GST 2.0 tax structure. With motorcycles under 350cc benefiting from lower taxation, manufacturers now have a stronger incentive to introduce smaller-capacity models.
This is precisely where Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson were missing out. The X440 currently sits above the 350cc threshold, limiting the brands' ability to take full advantage of the revised taxing norms. The smaller X350T will help address this gap while making the bike more accessible to a wider audience.

The existing X440 produces 27 PS and 38 Nm from its 440cc engine. The smaller 350cc unit makes 22 PS and 20 Nm, a considerable power and torque drop. However, the real question is whether Harley-Davidson and Hero can retain the strong low-end and mid-range torque delivery that makes the X440 such an appealing motorcycle.
While the engine will be smaller, the rest of the motorcycle will likely to remain largely unchanged.
The X350T is will likely retain the same trellis frame, suspension setup and braking hardware as the Harley-Davidson X440 T.
The feature list is also expected to remain familiar, with a TFT console, smartphone connectivity and LED lighting. The motorcycle could also retain the same alloy wheels, wide handlebars and upright riding position.
However, Harley-Davidson has not officially confirmed the complete specifications of the X350T yet.

The Harley-Davidson X350T could be a rather important motorcycle for the brand, especially in India. The smaller engine will allow it to benefit from the revised GST 2.0 norms while making it more competitive in the increasingly popular 350cc segment.
It will go up against the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the recently launched Triumph Bonneville T40, both of which feature 350cc engines. While the Classic 350 uses an air-cooled engine, the Bonneville T40 gets a liquid-cooled unit.
If Hero and Harley-Davidson can get the pricing right without compromising too much on the X440's torque-rich character, the X350T could turn out to be a very interesting addition to the segment.
