Maruti suzuki cars especially automatic is a complete failure. I have a maruti swift automatic car (8000km run). For that run itself I have paid 1 lakh rupees (INR) for repair. For their AMT manufacturing issue, customer has to pay full cost and the replaced part ( 80000 rupees) is also not under any warranty. Maruti suzuki cheats customer post buy. I have cars from hyundai, toyota . Never had such experience. Buy maruti cars only you have so much money to donate them.

Yes new swift is the best car in the segment but swift falls on NCAP crash test and scores only 2 stars on safety. Maruti Swift interior quality is not best in its class, poor rear glass area and not much airy, falls on safety features, light weight, build quality is not best in its class. If you want good mileage, after sales and service, space and comfort, low maintenance cost, good resale value and value for money than go for swift. Buy 1.2 litre petrol ZXI.

@ Gourav | In my opinion other cars have more features and good performance like grand i10

I have grand i 10 , no doubt much extra features with this price range but on petrol it avg. in city is just 12-13km/l and highway max to max 15-16km/l. if no issuse with the fuel economy then must go for grand i10. perfect fully loaded car.

New Swift Tin ka daba h bhai...dont buy it....I have it and drove it 15k KM....speed. mileage feature all good... but even pebble falling from height can make a hole in its top sheet

We Indian doesn't bother about safety rating and crash test rating..... just we will see mileage and feature...den we die instantly in the car...

People have a good experience with suzuki cars since 1985 , it's hard earned. Tata or other brands will never get that trust. Death is your choice. Not all cars crashed are suzuki. Tata cars crashes due to some sort of failure

Buy over which? Swift is definitely a buy in it's top spec. But if you don't have any budget constraints , there are more better cars available in the market.

You're misguiding, manufacturing issue of gearbox is under warranty. Probably you're lying

Good new swift and it should

Good new swift and it should be size little too.It should increase big it should comes diesel sun roof lighting are very poor.

Zdi version

If i will go about zxi and zdi version both are top.Classic cars but the difference is between petrol and diesel if you want a mileage car then zdi diesal is best.The mileage is around 22.3.But if you want a car with fast engine then go for zxi petrol the mileage is medium around 18.3 and the features are amazing.

I have swift vdi 2017 model, & average is mind blowing as usually, Service cost also low, Maintenance is average & service cost is medium and pickup is mind blowing, But i am requested to maruti suzuki to improve your build quality.

Swift diesel engine was the

Swift diesel engine was the best with the average and low maintenance, I'm having swift ldi 2018 model & this car is great with average and other things.This is best car if you are looking for an economic car.The on highway mileage of this car is about 28 kmpl.From the view of comfort the top model in this segment like vdi or zdi is best.Driving experience is very good with this car.Everyone knows the after sale service of maruti swift, It's awesome.Old model build quality was good like 2018 model but new models build quality is not so much good and new models are only available in petrol for swift.Overall this car is good for a normal person if cared properly and choosen wisely.Please buy second hand with a trustworthy person! else you can get scammed.
