I have been driving the Maruti Swift petrol for 7 years and overall the experience has been very satisfying.1The car is very easy and fun to drive, especially in city traffic. Steering is light, visibility is good and1the compact size makes parking effortless. Comfort level is decent for daily use, though the rear seat is best1for two adults on long drives. The petrol engine is smooth and refined with good pickup, especially in the1mid-range. It performs well both in city and on highways, and vibrations are minimal even at higher speeds. Mileage is one of the strong points — I usually get around 15-17 km/l in city traffic and 18–20 km/l on highways with normal driving.Service and maintenance costs are affordable, and Maruti’s1service network is a big advantage. Spare parts are easily available and service experience has been mostly1hassle-free. Build quality is average; doors feel light and high-speed stability could be better, but overall1reliability is excellent.Best things: smooth petrol engine, good mileage, low service cost, easy to drive Worst1things: poor build quality, basic features Overall, the Swift petrol is a reliable and practical hatchback for1daily use with good performance and peace of mind ownership.

My diesel powered swift 2013 is probably the best hatchback car I have ever owned. The reason I say so is because even after driving it for more than 170000 kms, the car still feels fun to drive. Moreover it is an economic option with less service costs and average fuel economy I get of about 21 kmpl. Moreover Maruti's great after sales service experience, the quality of service/repairs offered and vast network of service centers really helps. The only time I had to spend some money was in the events of tires and battery replacements. Although there are no high end features to brag about this car, the feature list is simply practical and just enough for a good driving experience. In my view, the only features this car must offer more is wider tires and cruise control. Also, Maruti should offer BS 6 diesel engines in new cars and if this happens, I think swift will be an even more fun to drive car.

Swift diesel engine was the best with the average and low maintenance, I'm having swift ldi 2018 model & this car is great with average and other things.This is best car if you are looking for an economic car.The on highway mileage of this car is about 28 kmpl.From the view of comfort the top model in this segment like vdi or zdi is best.Driving experience is very good with this car.Everyone knows the after sale service of maruti swift, It's awesome.Old model build quality was good like 2018 model but new models build quality is not so much good and new models are only available in petrol for swift.Overall this car is good for a normal person if cared properly and choosen wisely.Please buy second hand with a trustworthy person! else you can get scammed.

Overall, the swift ddis engine is extremely good with good power and reliability. Mileage is good which makes1it economical for owner of this beautiful car with best engine.

My car was so good and it's mileage was very much after 10 year also and its running so smoothly and faster.

Great looks but bad service from dealer, Suspension is hard and jumpy on bad roads, Very good mileage, Starter has failed within 6 months and dealer told me to tow at my expense.Service people have very little knowledge even on basics when questioned.Overall experience is that even though the car is average the after sales experience has a lot to be desired.

Over all not bad.Safety and comfort is not good.Mileage is poor.Maintenance is good.Suspension is very bad.Pick-up is not bad.In rainy season driving experience is very bad (i.E.)vision and driving.

Good on the roads, But lacks comfort, Interiors are ok, Goes to workshop very often.As i have to go to office which is 140 kms travelling daily.So it's is a bit uneasy for use.

Good for family usage.Maintenance cost is less.Decent features and less complaints.Milage on city is 17-and mileage on highway is 20-21.Body is very weak.No safety.

The maruti suzuki swift is the best vehicle i have ever seen in this price range.I am owning a 2016 model swift lxi and its comfort level is fantastic.It pushes itself to higher speed easily.I had completed 5 years driving this car and i must say i am not going to buy another car till 5 to 6 years more.The best thing about it i like is its exterior design and interior quality even in this price and the worst thing about it is it does not get foglamps in lxi variant but still its the best hatchback in this price range.The overall performance of this car is excellent.It gives me mileage of 20 to 27 kmpl which is very good.The build quality is awesome.

I owned brand new swift in 31st december 2018.Till today may 7, 2022.Driven 38k with good mileage of 21kmpl.Good comfort as i drive 250 km without stop.Great pickup, Silent engine 1.2l with 4 cylinder godd music system.I have vxi version all useful controls on my steering wheels.Enough boot space for family laguage.Happy with maruti after sale services.One thing what i suggest to maruti to avail 15 inch tyre instead of 14 inch.Happy with my swift thanks to maruti make me happy always.

I own a Swift 2014 model. As the name suggests, it's in the same condition. I have completed 80k+ km. Performance-wise, I would say it is still very smooth and apt for both city and highway compared to other segment cars. Spacing-wise, the back row space is limited and if you are healthy with good height, it becomes a little difficult for a long trip. Though pickup has slightly reduced considering the duration it's still worth it. Maintenance wise I would say pretty cheap as it costs around 6k approx per year.
