    Look both have fi engines of same capacity . So mileage will be nearly same i use that bike on below 5000 rpm max sometimes 6000 rpm . I don't get avg over 45 mostly city riding . Still i would suggest you v3 for better comfort and riding posture because mileage difference won't be noticeable

    FZS 3.0 more stylish with great performance tank paint scheme new..old red colour is back..if you need to save money go for FI2.0.

    V.2.0 is better than V.3.0 it's only cosmetic changes engine is the same
