What the main problems in this bike

The main problem is fiber petrol tank panel was installed with stainless steel screw. It is breaking automatically without any external load.. Another one is headlight coverage. LED is not much enough compare to ordinary lights..Engine sound is changing after 12k Kms. Service people's said like inlet valve is loosen. Mileage and performance is too good when compared to V2.

Fibre fittings and in some places fibre body which doesn't give that much of sturdiness. Also the major problem that I had faced was from the rear mud guard as the mud guard is not complete and the position of the mud guard is quite awkward and that it splashes on the back side of the legs of the pillion who is sitting. Yamaha has to seriously look on this aspect.

Cons- less power, low pickup, low torque, high beam not good, no kick, fiber bodyPros- best handling, nice balance, most comfortable and if you buy an abs version I bet you would be able to control the bike in worst to worst situation.Best tyres, smooth engine, wide n comfortable seat

Yes i have too.. but not 500km... my FZ v3 makes after 1st service 1130km. after slowdown the bike sound has reduced but i got the same sound twice a day with in 20km interval. but now it is running 3750km there is no any abnormal noice. Good confortness but performance not good expected FZ

I am facing pickup problem on highway too.Its very hard to ride on double load but also not much pickup on single ride too.My bike has run 15K kM only but i have changed clutch plates(whole parts) 4 times from yamaha showroom but facing same problem.Engine heats on 1-2 minute of single ride.I cant ride on off-road.Engine sound is also bad.I visited more than 5 showrooms but they couldn’t find out main problem.Is any solution ???

Rear mudguard/fender is useless as position is too horizontal. Mud spills over the bottom side edges of passanger seat. Because of broad tires the spillage almost reaches the thighs of person sitting at back. Fender like as in FZ v2.0 full length is more useful in such cases .

Suspension is stiffer. Even small cracks in roads gives you vibes. Fuel gauge is verey very inaccurate. Head light's high beam fails to spread, it is like more focused to centre. This can cause some major blind spot while leaning.

Yes I too agreed.. when I drived through mud, the person who sat behind me got affected. Back mud guard design is not good enough to cover the mud from back tyre.

Yes i have too.. but not 500km... my FZ v3 makes after 1st service 1130km. after slowdown the bike sound has reduced but i got the same sound twice a day with in 20km interval. but now it is running 3750km there is no any abnormal noice. Good confortness but performance not good expected FZ

Riding experience

Riding experience is good and very conformable.You can ride upto 500km without tiredness and back pain since posture is upright.The bike seems to be underrated.
