    As per the Indian Govt.rule, a two-wheeler(non gear) can be ridden by a person above a age of 16 years with a learner license and geared two-wheelers can be ridden by people above age of 18 years with a driving license. The same rule is applicable for PURE EV Epluto too.

    My honest review, Please don't buy this electric scooter, Battery problem always, They wont replace, Repair will take min 1 to 3 months, Everytime we send for repair will take atleast we have to wait for 2 months, Now they are asking 22.5k to replace the battery, Now they are saying no warranty is not there, Within span of 6 months.
