Extremely disappointed with product performance degradation. Within a year, range has plummeted to mere 10 kms in a single charge. Despite being under warranty, the company has provided numerous false reason to1avoid resolving the issue. This is clear case of faulty product and poor customer service. I strongly advise1against purchasing product from this company.

It's smooth and just glude over the rode , it's looking are like petrol scooters which is good and the colour I have is exact like photo it's security system works perfectly and it's mileage is osum the thing should be better is boot space

It's ok for city commute. However the after sales service is not good from the company. I had to replace the battery after 20 months / 23000 km only and the company did not honour warranty. Had to pay for the replacement. If anyone owns this, I'll advise to visit eRickshaw spare parts market (in Delhi I get parts from Naiwala Karol bagh market). You will get much cheaper spare parts from there, instead of getting the expensive parts from company. Also you can purchase battery from other lithium battery manufacturers with the same voltage (60V) and required capacity (the one which comes with the scooty is of 40Ah capacity). There are motor, controller, battery repair services available outside also. You just need to find one in your city. Just learn the basics of electric Scooty working and many problems can be solved easily without being dependent on the poor service from pure ev.
