Apache to stay away from

Best power in the segment, riding posture is awesome, ride quality is significant, riding modes are doing their works perfectly fine not fitted just for showoff.

I had great expectations from

4.2

I had great expectations from this bike provided its fully positive review all over the internet. It is overall a very good & safe bike, with a few irritating issues. For me personally, the gearbox is VERY hard for shifting from 1st gear to neutral, when I am coming to a stop in traffic while the engine is still alive and revving. I just cannot pull it into neutral. However, once I k**l the engine, it works perfectly. I showed it to the service centers for 3 consecutive services, my gripe is that every time during the service, they do something to the gearbox, which then works good in front of them. After riding for 5-10 kms, voila! The same issue persists. Please let me know if anyone also has the same issue with their bike. Then, 2 minor issues are : -The brake pads gets worn out very soon, like once within 2 months. I believe this is not normal. Due to this, my front disc plate has completely worn out with deep circular cuts on them. This could be because of rainy season, mud and particles remain within the small gap of disc and disc pads. Showroom guys still can't solve this issue. They always insist of replacing the whole unit by telling that it is not covered in warranty. They give ridiculous reasons like - this is an ABS brake, there are no settings for it to be changed even if the brake pads and disc plate might be touching each other while bike's running. Please suggest if anyone's facing this issue.- Finally, when the bike was new, the sound from its exhaust was crisp, deep and loud. It was very enjoyable. Now, it leaves very muffled/flattened sound with low loudness and crispness. Does anyone know if it is due to change of engine oil and will it be solved by changing engine oil / cleaning the exhaust by opening it ?
