PerformanceNo need of power

Performance no need of power when it comes to the drive a bike since they are most unsafe vehicle, I prefer a bike with less top speed but should not take long to reach its limit. And there we go, Apache 200 is best match of that. Most lovable about the bike is its gear ratio (over torque), Front look when lights are off it looks like a cat(bs3 version)also it's primium in its range, Strong body parts and much morethis bike is amazing.I just dont.

Out of many things that stands

One out of many things that stands out is handling(superb).Initial pickup is best, Fully aids overtaking in city traffic.Milage mainly depends on the way you ride the bike but you can expect between 30 to 38 kmpl.On highways you sometimes wish for an 6 the gear because sometimes you feel that bike can push more.Service cost is reasonable.

After 3 year of use this

After 3 year of use this is very good bike in its segment.Bike is very smooth upto 7000 rpm.Rider seat is ok but pillion set not comfortable for long ride.Gear is very smooth.I think this is best bike in 200 cc segment.

Overall Good Experience

I bought the top model on 17th February 2022 as my first bike. Here are some pros I have observed in only this bike at such a price range. 1) adjustable levers (mildly useful). 2)slipper clutch (very very useful). 3)gear indicator (very useful). 4) rear view mirrors(best in the market). 5)dual channel abs. 6)urban mode saves petrol and results in excellent mileage. (i got 44.3litres with power petrol from a shell company (115rs per litre). 7)the torque feels amazing even in urban mode and the bike is 150kgs+70kg(my weight).8) side stand cutoff is also available from this year.9)gtt is very useful for beginners like me. 10)horn is very loud. I think it's even louder than some cars. Now here are some cons I have faced that I wasn't aware of before buying this vehicle. 1) overweight people can't sit as a pillion due to stepping up and splitting seats. 2)side stand length is small therefore bike leans at an even more acute angle than other bikes, Therefore the risk of the bike falling especially while parked in sand/grass or soft ground. 3) shifting to neutral is a hassle because of the gears being so smooth. Sometimes when you want 2ndgear while driving it will shift to neutral first and then you have to shift again. And while parking when you shift for neutral from 1st gear it will skip to 2nd xd). 4)biggest con I guess is the large turning radius, especially for a beginner. Tyres are also thin in accordance with the size of the bike(same tyres as of rtr160). 5)review Bluetooth functions-a)GPS display on the instrument cluster is useless because the GPS of TVs connect app is very bad. You can't connect google maps or any other GPS with your bike. B)call message text alert-very useful and applicable. C) lean angle is accurately measured and recorded in the app. D) routes and distances covered are also accurate. E)gear shifting patterns are very useful and accurate for beginners like me. I think everyone should at least consider this bike (especially beginners) when looking to buy a new bike. I researched bikes for 8months before getting my hand on this one. I had booked mt15 and rtr160special edition also but cancelled both of them when my mind got stuck on apache200.This bike is the queen of its segment. No debate. Of course, NS200 is a great bike but almost no one nowadays buys a motorcycle for its high torque and power and enjoying high speeds (125+). If you need to ride constantly long distances at speeds above 100+kmph then you should not consider apache200. I live in a crowded city with mild to high traffic and considering my lifestyle and surrounding environment my purchase was worth the wait of 8months.

Pathetic service

1.0

Pathetic service by surbhi enterprises or surbhi tvs in baldev nagar ambala city haryana.Just pathetic. No one knows how to handle customers.Parts of bike got damages withing 1.5 years and they don't even have parts in their center. They just know how to make money out of there customers.Today i just got my bike serviced and they don't even have seals of gear shift, Because of this engine oil is leaking. My front forks got leaked because of seals breaking. And they don't have this even.Pathetic service. Now i have both issue with bike front forks leakage and engine oil leakage because of gear shift seal.In feb 2020 my bike front rim got damage just because of normal p*t hole and they don't have this. After 8 month of time they arrange this and they told me now you have to renew your insurance. My firsr party bumper to bumper insurance got expired in may.Now i have to pay for insurance and after that for file charges and full amount of rim price which is 4500 to 5000 they are just pathetic with there services and parts availability.

TVS Apache RTR 200 V4

Tvs apache RTR 200 v4, The name itself competes with other manufacturers. It's very difficult to provide such a feature-rich, added safety, good build quality, loaded technology, and one of the most reliable bikes for the one who owns it. This beast had good superior suspension (adjustable), and 3 different ride modes (rain, Urban, and sports which really works), It also has the drive-by-wire tech and Rlp dual channel abs which adds more confidence to the rider. It has also got sleeper clutches 5 plates. Coming to convince this has a TVs smart connection that provides call and message notifications, Ride history along with gear shift pattern, ride history, Rpm record, top speed, lean angle, navigation support, and also crash allert. my important part is the headlamps: it has got a twin chamber led headlamp that spreads very wide and the high beam is really mind-blowing. Now I do need not to spend my 5 to 6k on additional lights. I don't think that other manufacturers provide so much in this price range. At my location (Karnataka) it costs me 191000 on road.

Good service

Not a good service from tvs at all i bought my bike in ap got mode problem and engine sound issues as well as problem with the gear box within a month problem with the gear was on the same day as i bought the bike and on the way it kept getting stuck i consulted showroom and they told they fixed it but it kept happening again and again.I gave it to other showrooms in banglore but the results were same.Till now they didn't change my mode button and keep saying we don't have it and will order it and inform you but till now didn't get any response same with my gear problem, After every service they say it has been fixed but within 2-3 days after the service they stop working properly, Really worst services i had with the tvs, In the future i am not planning on buying any tvs vehicles.

My Experience

2.6

My bike has travelled 15000 km since it was purchased in February 2021, Everything is fine except the service department, Which is extremely poor. Even after receiving the complaint. The service representative does not know how to service. The issue is detailed below. 1. Failure of the gear shift indicator sensor at 12250kms. 2. Extremely stiff rear suspension. Brake pads changed after 5500kms, But the local brand is now running fine. 3. I asked the service person about the idle noises, And they said that because this is a high-powered engine. My bike has three ride modes; I'm not sure why the TVS is given these rides, But in rain mode, The abs were not working properly. My bike's top speed in urban mode is 115killometres, Speed mode is 145kilometre, And rain mode is 110killometres.

Money bike

Pretty the value of a money bike. Performance - low and mid-range grunt is good but struggles in the top-end provision for sixth gear would have made it better for cruising on the highways. Mileage - on average one can expect anything between 30 to 35 km on highways if ridden sensibly one can also extract 40+ mileage from the machine. Service & maintenance - overall service & maintenance cost of the vehicle is decent on average three services a year would be recommended for extracting better life out of the engine. Looks - modern and sporty looks grab a decent amount of eyeballs with its base heavy exhaust note.

Competition ns200

4.2

Its a feature rich bike, Aggressive looking and gives you a good road appearance. But to be very honest those 3 modes are pretty much useless, Those are not as effective as you’d think, The other downside of this bike is that it lacks in 6th gear so someone who loves to ride the bike at top end wouldn’t be satisfied.Someone who thinks top end is important should better go with its competition ns200.Other than that i guess its better in all aspects compared to its competitors.
