TVS Apache RTR 160 Tyres User Reviews

I was attracted to it because of the graphics, and the exhaust note but was carried away by the performance on offer too. Rides are very stable, but refinement becomes an issue at higher speeds. Short gearing, hence easy to make quick overtakes in the city while maintaining a good mileage (at one point, It gave me 58kmpl, currently at 50kmpl). I had it for the past 10 years but didn't have any issues with it. The only con is the stock tyre set, They offer no feedback on the front and the rear too feels like it'll lose the grip.

moved to Apache RTR from yamaha FZ. surely this is absolute powerhouse from TVS. you might get little backpain if you travel long. however acceleration and braking has been wonderful throughout last 8 years. I've changed the tyres to Michelin from tvs and was able to feel the upgrade in braking. tried to upgrade my bike to rtr 4v. felt like it was a downgrade from tvs after multi test drive.

I have apache 160 2v 2009 model.I have great experiences with this bike.Awesome torque and handling in high speed is very good.Also have full featured bike in 2009 model than pulsar or other bike.When i bought this bike got 50kmpl average and now getting 40kmpl with wider tyre.As well as same torque and high speed and control as same still getting.But maintenance cost high than other bikes.

Best bike in the price segment, The mileage is good enough for 160 cc bike but the acceleration is also good but the problem is the wires of the front brake was cut 4 times during the purchase of apache, Overall good bike, Company should upgrade the rear tyre width.Thx.

Extremely outstanding performance with 55kmpl mileage And it’s offers a masculer looks with 120/80 flat tyre which helps a lot in cornering
