TVS Apache RTR 160 KMPL User Reviews

After clocking over 5,000 kilometers on my TVS Apache RTR 160, I think it is time I shared my genuine experience. First of the bike pumps out a decent 15.53 PS at 8400 rpm and a torque of 13.9 Nm at 7000 rpm making my city commutes and occasional highway rides quite thrilling. Its sleek design always turns heads and the ride quality is something I have come to appreciate deeply.However it is not all sunshine. The bike does feel heavy in bumper to bumper traffic and the mileage which hovers around 45 kmpl could have been better considering the fuel prices in India.

TVS Apache RTR 160 is a modern looking bike and is the most fuel efficient bike and i got around 55 to 65 kmpl of mileage. It provides good features and is a very comfortable bike to ride and the finishing of this bike is pretty nice. The ride quality is very nice also on the bad roads and the engine is very smooth but the features are less in this bike. The long distance ride is also very nice with this bike without any stress and gives good power delivery.

I have an amazing experience with apache RTR 160. I have done more than 1lacs and 36 thousand kilometers and mine is a 2009 model RTR. still I don"t face any knocking and any power loss in my bike while my daily commute includes 20-30kms of daily ride including off roads and some minor stunts as well... I"m getting a good mileage of 45-46 kmpl overall and after sales and service department of TVS deserves a salute, the parts are pocket friendly and have a very good quality, no issues in availability of parts and overall a very bike for those who want a good entry level bike which is pocket friendly and easy to maintain. great work and great machine by TVS.I am so happy with TVS that my first bike was RTR 160 in 2009, then I bought a RTR160 dual disc variant in 2013, then I bought RTR180 in 2017, and now RTR200 in 2018...

when I bought RTR back in 2014 it was the best choice i made (both fuel efficient and good performance). Even now in 2019 it still delivers good power during my long rides. But there is a drop in mileage. I believe that is due to engine tuning to deliver more power than mileage. Initially during its first 3 to 4 years it gave an average of 45 to 50 kmpl in cities .

A good product by tvs motors.It will comes with good handlining and super comfortable seat.If you cruise it between 50 to 60 kmpl then you get a good mileage which is about 48 kmpl.This vehicle comes with huge demanding features as compare with other vehicle in this segment.A nice choice if you buy this one.

Tvs apache rtr 160 is good bike comes with 160 cc engine, Having great mileage of 45 kmpl.Heavy body n muscular design n best bike in the segment of 160 cc.But the bike need to upgrade with kilometer n tail light, But headlight is deadly in look, Racing dna unleashed! price can b little bit lower.
