Q. Does Maruti celerio is a good choice for new car buyer

The mileage is very good but the build quality, paint are very poor. With AC on the car drags and less power is felt. I owned Santr xing base model for ten years. It gave me only 12 kmpl but had a very good buid and the engine never lacked power. The new Santro is not so sturdy. Nee Santro has less curb weight comparatively and has less strong. Tiago seems to be the best choice in this segment or Grand I10.

Only if you are considering price, not quality. I have tested all small cars before buying santro. I felt that there is lot of difference between my car and the car I drove(test). In fact I had one more test drive (test drive car) after purchasing my santro and still felt that difference (smoothness of engine). I feel the best among the lot is Honda brio, but priced high. I am talking about the engine and auto shift, not features.
