Bed service

Very bed service do not waste your money, Service and warranty policy is very bad

Pure electric vehicle batteries are worst and there is no doubt that customer will get so many problems while running even in warranty period.Because the dealer will shows wrongs on company, The company will shows wrongs on dealers when we put a complaint on battery.Finally the customer gets loss.Its true.

One of the disaster in the world for introducing such a pathetic scooter to market.Neither company nor dealer is full filling their promises that were made during sales of the scooter.

Front fork

Front fork is not withstanding small bumps on the road and frequently oil leaking although so much repair work has been done.Battery range reduced to half of its claimed value within two years.Dealer side commented that riding always on 3rd mode will reduce battery performance.There is no such advisal on the user manual.Bms do no work with the battery health.People are now lab rats for evs.

Permanent resolution

Hi people who are preferred to buy this electric vehicle my opinion is no.The reasons are 1.Front telescopic suspension is worst and they cannot provide you the permanent resolution.2.Poor built quality3.No proper technicians and lack of product knowledge.4.Any major repairs related to battery and charger team is depending on manufacturer and resolution will take at least a couple of weeks.5.After sales response was very pathetic.6.Don't go with warranty and other stuffs from dealer if your a daily user of the vehicle because warranty will be for fixed kms and if you have crossed it's waste of investing in it.Moreover if you spend another 20 to 30k you will get good ev vehicle compared to this.These are the things which i have noticed after using epluto 7g.

Worst company

The one of the worst company i have ever seen.Thinking to send legal notice.No service backup even dealer says we have fed up with company.No support.Don't purchase that bloody vehicle.Since 6 months lodging complaint about motor problem.Even if you dial 1800.No response nobody picks call.

It's all solved as now battery has received updates and new device called battrics Faraday with new bms is providing wonderful experience and performance and i have personally used it so you can now visit dealer and book your service for battery upgrade and ask him for the new device installation

After two months of usage battery not charging it was a problem with charger no good service provider in kannur dealer has no service personnel and no response after contacting customer service.Anybody want to buy better go for other manufactures.
