10 years with the car . Its is like a family member . Still gives 16kmpl on highway and 14kmpl in city . Fun to drive , comfortable hatchback . Total value for money . Maintenance cost is good but the service stations do shabby work sometimes . But the car still proves to be more reliable than new age Marutis.

Good car but daily running is more.So plan to switch to cng.Otherwise car is good and the performance is awesome.Maintenance cost is low but due to daily running in city condition and petrol prices are increased these days, So i think cng would be better to commute in city conditions.

Fantastic machine with benefit of comfort & mileage coming along the lines of maruti essence of low maintenance cost.Very happy to own the vehicle but seems maruti isn't aggressive with the idea of electric vehicles hence plan to move for value benefic car.

Excellent driving experience, Smooth handling on the highway. Mileage approx 20-21 on the highway with ac on. Good pickup, Service costs are reasonable at Maruti service stations. Build quality strong and robust.

Maruti ritz is a extremely superb product from maruti.Excellent build quality, Spacious car feels like sitting under a room.Big boot space can hold 5 people luggage easily.I am using this vehicle for now 11 years and with a very low maintenance.
