The new models will be launched in a 3 year timeframe
Ultraviolette has given us a glimpse of the two-wheelers it plans to launch over the next 3 years. The upcoming models include 2 new scooters, 2 dual sports, road-biased ADV range, and a roadster lineup. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what we expect.

Upcoming F Series Models
In the F series, the brand currently offers the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 and the Ultraviolette F77 SuperStreet. In the presentation, we could see a blacked out image at the bottom which looks quite similar to the Ultraviolette F99.

We expect the brand to launch a street legal version of the same in the future. The brand could likely bring some changes, including the usage of more cost-effective parts that replace the carbon-fibre body work and the expensive Ohlins suspension. The brand will also have to add a headlight, a tail light, turn-indicators, rear view mirrors, and number plate holders, apart from other bits, to make the bike road-legal. In its current form, the F99 is an insanely powerful, competition-spec bike. It produces a peak power output of 90kW and has a top speed of 265kmph! But that could change in its road-legal avatar.
Upcoming Ultraviolette E-scooters
With the launch of the Tesseract, Ultraviolette has entered the e-scooter space. The brand has revealed that it is just the beginning and they will be working on expanding their lineup. The two upcoming scooters should most likely be positioned above the Tesseract and could have higher specs and a higher price.

The Ultraviolette Tesseract has 3 variants with the following motor and battery configurations:
Variant |
Motor Capacity |
Battery Capacity |
Claimed IDC Range (Indian Driving Conditions) |
Tesseract 3.5 |
10kW |
3.5kWh |
162km |
Tesseract 5 |
15kW |
5kWh |
220km |
Tesseract 6 |
15kW |
6kWh |
261km |
That said, it’s worth noting that Ultraviolette has announced pricing only for the Tesseract 3.5. The pricing and specifications of the other two variants will be revealed in Q4 2025.
Upcoming Ultraviolette Dual-Sport Bikes
The Ultraviolette Shockwave really stood out, and India’s first road-legal electric dual-sport bike. It will be an interesting addition to the dual-sport segment in India, which is currently dominated by ICE bikes.

Now, UV has revealed that they will be bringing two more models in this lineup. Likely going to be a lot more powerful than the Shockwave and could have better equipment. The upcoming models could get longer travel suspension and higher ground clearance.
Upcoming Ultraviolette ADVs
Another interesting bit we saw was the X-series, which is likely to the brand’s road-biased touring ADV lineup. Judging by the images on the presentation, the upcoming bikes in the X series feature the same beak-like fender as the prototype Concept X.

The Concept X was unveiled at EICMA 2024, and it features a sharp design. The bike will be a road-biased ADV, that can meet touring needs but in an electric package. The bike features longer travel suspension and revised ergonomics as compared to the Ultraviolette F77.
Upcoming Ultraviolette Roadsters
Lastly, the brand has also revealed that they will launch 2 new roadsters as part of the B series. The roadsters seem to have a neo-retro design which incorporates a round LED headlight.
Overall, we are quite excited to see what Ultraviolette has planned. The brand is currently working on expanding its line-up and its presence globally. We think both should happen simultaneously and are linked to each other. UV has revealed that it will be selling the same models as they are in India. Also, that the specs and the build-quality will be the same.

Currently, the brand’s Bengaluru plant has an annual production capacity of 30,000 units. Now, it is working on expanding this to meet expected future demand of 1,00,000 units per year. The brand reportedly plans to invest somewhere between 600 to 870 crore in their upcoming products, in the recent future. This should allow them to expand their current production facilities, as well as develop a new one.
Out of all the upcoming models, we are most excited to see how the upcoming L-series turns out. An electric alternative to the two-stroke dirtbikes would really make a big difference in the market. It will also be a good alternative to the currently available petrol powered dual-sport bikes like the Hero XPulse 210 and the Kawasaki KLX230.
