Kawasaki has launched the 2027 Z650RS in India. It is priced at Rs 7.83 lakh (ex-showroom), which is exactly the same as the outgoing 2026 model.

2027 Kawasaki Z650RS Launched

The 2027 model retains the same retro design with a metal fuel tank, round LED headlight, and minimalistic bodywork. It is available in a single colour option called the Metallic Ocean Blue. It gets a metallic blue paint scheme with golden graphics on the fuel tank, Z650RS branding on the side panels, and premium looking matte golden coloured wheels.

2027 Kawasaki Z650RS Launched

It is powered by the same 649 cc parallel-twin engine that makes 68 PS at 8,000 rpm, 64 Nm at 6,700 rpm and comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike runs on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, with a 120-section front and a 160-section rear tyre. It comes with a 12-litre fuel tank, the wheelbase is 1405 mm, and it weighs 192 kg kerb. It also gets a 800 mm seat height that makes it quite accessible.

2027 Kawasaki Z650RS Launched

For 2027, the Kawasaki Z650 RS remains unchanged. It doesn’t have any natural rivals, however, its more affordable ones include the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, but it costs almost half of it. That said, the Z650 RS is a bike for people who want a sporty, retro, and premium roadster.
