The month of June is upon us, and it looks like it's going to be an interesting month for enthusiasts in India. Here are all the two-wheelers we expect to launch in this month.
The upcoming e-Access is Suzuki’s electric version of their highest-selling scooter the Access 125 for India. Aimed to go against the Honda Activa e:, the Bajaj Chetak, Ather 450S and the Hero Vida, the e-Access has some interesting specs which might turn the tides in its favour. For instance, it is powered by a 3.07kWh battery pack, which offers a claimed range of 95km. The battery pack takes 6 hours and 42 minutes to charge from 0-100 percent. On a fast charger it takes 2 hours and 12 minutes to charge from 0-100 percent. The scooter has a 4.1kW motor and with a claimed top speed of 71kmph. We expect the Suzuki e-Access to be priced at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom) but wont be surprised if Suzuki manages to price it even lower to appel to a wider range of audience.
Bajaj has confirmed that it will launch the updated version of the Chetak 2903 in India in June 2025. The updated scooter will most likely get a longer range and could also get some changes to the chassis, with a battery pack located underneath the floorboard. As for the price, the current Chetak 2903 costs Rs 1,09,998 (ex-showroom, Delhi, excluding subsidy), expect the updated version to cost more or less the same.
Yezdi was going to launch the 2025 Adventure on May 15, 2025 but postponed the launch of the motorcycle due to the critical geopolitical conflict. The brand then revealed that the bike will be launched on June 4. The motorcycle has spied testing a few weeks back and retains the same design language as the bike currently on sale. Expect the new bike to comply with the OBD-2B emission norms and to become a tad bit smoother. Apart from these changes, we expect it to get fresh new colours and come in at a slight premium over the outgoing version which is priced from Rs 2,09,900 up to Rs 2,19,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
According to our sources within the company, we have been informed that Honda is going to launch the 2025 XL750 Transalp in India in the month of June. We expect the upcoming bike to command a premium of Rs 1 lakh over the current model which costs Rs 10,99,990 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Launched internationally, the 2025 version gets a revised engine and suspension tune, new LED headlight, new windscreen and an updated TFT console. The bike is also heavier by 2kg over the current version which has a kerb weight of 208kg.
The Z900 has been the most popular big bike in India for quite sometime now. While Kawasaki has launched the 2025 version internationally, we still get the 2024 version. The latest model gets revised design language, updated TFT console and more features than before. Kawasaki also claims that they have made some changes to the chassis and the suspension setup, which increases the rigidity and keeps the bike more planted than before. The 2025 version is also available in two variants: Standard and Performance.
