New Year, More Kit: Triumph And KTM Giving Out Free Accessories

The new year has brought fresh offers from Triumph and KTM, with both brands announcing limited-period benefits on some of their 400cc models. Instead of outright discounts, the focus is on value-adds through free accessories and extended warranty coverage – moves that help soften the recent price hikes triggered by GST 2.0 revisions.

Triumph Speed 400 & T4

Triumph (technically Bajaj) is offering free genuine accessories worth Rs 11,500 on the Speed 400 and Triumph Speed T4. The complimentary accessories include the tank pad, windscreen, knee pads, lower engine bars, and back rest. These add some practical protection and touring convenience straight from the showroom.

Triumph Speed 400

Both the bikes’ prices increased recently – with the Triumph Speed 400 now at Rs 2.39 lakh, up from Rs 2.33 lakh – which’s around Rs 5,000 more. While the Speed T4’s price has gone up by almost Rs ~2,500 to Rs 1.95 lakh, from the earlier Rs 1.92 lakh.

KTM 390 Adventure

KTM (now fully owned by Hamara Bajaj), has also rolled out offers on the KTM 390 Adventure range. Buyers get genuine accessories worth Rs 10,000, and a warranty of 10 years valued at Rs 2,650 – all at no extra cost. The accessories include a headlamp protector, mudflap extension, lower fender, centre stand, touring seat and a bike cover. After the new GST rates, the 390 Adventure’s price was hiked by Rs 27,000 to Rs 3.94 lakh (Rs 3.67 lakh before). While the KTM 390 Adventure X’s price went up by around Rs ~22,000 to Rs 3.26 lakh (from Rs 3.03 lakh).
