BREAKING: Matter Reveals Aera 5000 Electric Bike’s Price In India

After unveiling the bike in November 2022, Gujarat-based Matter has finally given its first electric bike a name – Aera. It is available in multiple variants called Aera 4000, Aera 5000 and Aera 6000.

Currently, the prices of only the Aera 5000 have been revealed and it costs Rs 1,43,999 for the standard and Rs 1,53,999 ( both prices ex-showroom including Fame II subsidies) for the Plus model. While it is quite expensive in the electric motorcycle segment, it does come with some premium hardware including a liquid-cooled battery and motor, and a manual gearbox along with a bunch of interesting features.

Bookings for the electric bike will commence sometime this month; however, the exact date has not been revealed yet. Adding to that, the delivery timeline is set for Summer 2023, so expect it to happen around April-May 2023.

The prices for the other variants of the electric motorcycle will be revealed soon. In terms of rivals, the Matter Aera sits above the Revolt RV400 and will compete with the Torq Kratos.
