@ Vikasdeep | Which out of the two is recommended

If you are passionate about the power and thrill while driving a car then you should go for petrol 1.4 Ltr petrol which has Turbo changer which boosts the engine power when you need to throttle. But If, punchy engine is not your prime requirement then go for 1.5 Ltr petrol engine. Also pls note that the service cost of 1.4 ltr will be slightly more than 1.5 ltr engine due to turbo charger installed in it.

@ Niraj | If you want the car to pull you back while extreme acceleration then you should go for 1.4 petrol turbo.1.5 petrol has a better mileage but you will not get that punch. I have personally bought 1.4 petrol Dct, it gives me abt 8-9kmpl in city but give me a thrill to drive.

As you know dct is dual clutch tx this enables extremly fast changing of gears. its a gdi ie exremely rich fuel mixture (because of turbo ) sprayed into the cumbustion chamber, there is no input manifold this enables better performance. gdi also have their draw back. over all its fun also in a sober mode driving its a king. some have clocked 15 to 17 average on high way of course.
