  • Q. I am planning to buy a Kia Seltos HTX IVT ( Automatic ) Petrol Version. My Question is Regarding Mileage? How much Average we get in City an on Highway. Service and Spare parts Availability? How is the Performance of the Car while driving in City and on Highway? My Running would be less then 1000 kms a month or less than it. Which is the best Model 1.4 Or 1. 5?

    Kia Seltos is available with two petrol engine options - a 1.5-litre unit that makes 115PS of power and the claimed fuel efficiency for which is 16.5kmpl for the petrol-manual and 16.8kmpl for the petrol-CVT variants. Another option is a 1.4-litre turbocharged mill that puts out a whopping 140PS of power and is claimed to deliver 16.5kmpl with the DCT while the manual returns 16.1kmpl. As for the performance, the Seltos does not back down from any angle, the 1.5-litre engine option could prove to be a no-nonsense option for the city commutes, whereas, if you are more into peppy and enthusiastic driving, then the 1.4-litre petrol engine would be a better pick. Moreover, the servicing and spare parts availability would depend on the availability of service centers in your city. Lastly, we would suggest you to take a test drive before making the final decision for a better understanding of comfort and drivability.     Seltos IVT mileage in city is 8kmpl and highways 13 to 15kmpl depending upon your acceleration

    Performance is fine, Road grip is good, But failure in fuel efficiency bumper to bumper mileage in petrol is 3 - 5 kmpl and in city 7 - 9 kmpl.This is disgusting.

    Hi, I have purchased seltos htk imt diesel, It was delivered 2 weeks back.Existing imt users, Anyone faced issues with creep/crawl/hill start assist functionality in first gear in imt gearbox, When i am stuck at traffic signals, And roads has small slopes like 5 degrees or 10 degrees, Then in first gear, The crawl/hill start assist functionality does not work as expected, My car rolls backwards slightly and i have to manually press accelerator asap to avoid further rollback.The car does not hold for 3 seconds at all, It rolls backwards as soo as i release the break.Same thing happens for reverse gear, If there is 5-10 degrees slope, Car moves forward, And i have to press accelerator asap to avoid movement ahead.Fyi, Hill assist feature working fine on steep slopes in hilly roads, Mall ramps.The car holds for 2-3 seconds and enough time to move ahead without rollback.
