Volvo XC90 is a very interesting proposition not just for the individual who wants something slightly different and unique from their luxury car but for every luxury car buyer who doesn’t really care about 0-100kmph figures and cares more about interiors comfort and of course ride quality. And considering the fact that Indian luxury car buyers are generally chauffer driven, the XC90 fits the bill perfectly. Yes, it might not be as good to drive than most of its German rivals, but as a complete luxury package, it truly outshines everything. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Click on the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
Both the cars are good in their forte. Audi Q7 offers Phenomenal ride quality, effortless performance from the 340PS V6 petrol, cabin insulation, space for the entire family, though the Q7 lacks road presence or wow features, it still remains luxurious and thoroughly comfortable 7-seater luxury SUV. On the other hand, the Volvo XC90 is a very interesting proposition not just for the individual who wants something slightly different and unique from his luxury car but for every luxury car buyer who doesn’t really care about 0-100kmph figures and cares more about interiors comfort and of course ride quality. Volvo XC90 is powered by a 2.0-litre T8 twin-engine paired with an electric motor that produces 400PS of power and 640Nm of peak torque. The petrol hybrid id claimed to deliver an whopping 42kmpl. The XC90 also gets an 2.0-litre diesel engine that delivers a claimed mileage of 17.2kmpl.
No 11 / 13 kmph
The XC90 Hybrid gives 40kmpl ,not the regular one.
Dear sir latest hybrid is on the excellence variant in a new 2 litre engine with power strong 320 horse power ..with the help of hybrid it generates nearly 400 horse power..electric helps in spinning rear tyre while petrol front..it runs 32kms ..this I need to confirm.(.because earlier when i planned it had the option in 2016...now electric only is going to come ...so waiting for that) .this figure was of old inscription model a 5 seater..in 2018 it became a 7 seater no plugs..now an excellant 6 seater as heard ..with plug in again..oops..they will certainly update you ..so 32 kms is the answer..as in old inscription model.
My car is 2017 xc90 D5, The spare tyre is only designed for temporary use. (a 16' small size, full size is 19'). I wanted to change to a full size but a full size spare just won't fit in there.

Well, talking about safety, all the premium car manufacturers are engaged in a competition form making their models safer than others, so you should not be woried about the safety standards of these segment. If you are looking for just safety, comfort and luxury then you can go for Volvo XC90. and XC 90 is really vallue for money and considered as one of the safest car in the world. if you are a fan of performance and offroading with safety comfort and luxury your choice will be mercedes, Bmw, Audi and land rover. among these four my choice is land rover. You can go for an entry level model of land rover ( like discovery, dicovery sport or evoque). land rover is just more than value for money. As im having Xc 90 and land rovers in my garage i always prefer to drive land rovers most. because they provide a good appealing design, extreme luxury, extreme performance , comfort and safety respective to the money you spend. My humble opinion is " if you are planning to buy a premium segment car then you shouldnt be looking for safety, your concerns should be on performance and luxury featue because all the manufacturers in this segment is well reputed when it comes to safety." i hope my answer will be helpful for you. good luck.
Xc 60 will be my answer.Range rover discovery would have been the answer but it lacks simple things like gprs connectivity.
