It is disgusting situation with the vehicle, Its battery and service.Within a year the battery is completely gone.No response from service center.Hardly they pick-up the calls or frame their own stories.Once they say battery person is unavailable, Once it is sent to company for replacement, Once that they will update.But never i got a call back.They started identifying my number with my name and mostly my calls are not received.Only response was there if i made continuous calls.And today i received a message that if i pay 4000/- the battery will be sent to company.Warranty of 4yrs for battery doesn't work for the problem my battery has.Who knows and who should explain at the time of buying.For details i have to call only to customer care and not to service center.The call is never received by the customer care in any of the three languages.I regret to refer this vehicle to others in this one year.I apologise to all those.Want to return the vehicle and take a snap and post in media as they do handing over the key at the time of buying.Great disappointment and loss.
