Average Bike
Pros: 1. Stupendous initial and mid-range punch 0-60 in 5 sec, 0-100 in 11 seconds. 2. Butter smooth handling. Very agile and nimble. 3. Best in class mileage- 35kmpl in the city and 40-42 on the highway if you cruise continuously at 70- 90 kmph. 48-50kmpl if you can ride at 60kmph, @5000 rpm. 4. Sitting posture is very good and comfortable. 5. Switch gear quality is top-notch. The rpm needle in the semi-digital meter console is a pleasure to the eyes. 6. Riding range is around 550kms on the highway without using reserve fuel. 7. Front ABS works decently. 8. Looks mature and stylish ( subjective though). Cons: 1. Engine is not enough powerful. Tons of problems with the engine. Daily new issue. Though the issues are not like the bike won't move, but it is irritating if you spend 4-5 days every month with a mechanic sorting out issues of the bike. 2. Rusting issues in iron parts. Not expected from the Hero, at least for 2-4 years initially. 3. Rear break is worthless. Gets locked easily if you get hard on the rear brake. The front breaks too lacks the initial bike, but works decently afterward. 4. Parts are difficult to find.5. Engine is noisy.
