Q. Which is better between Verna and city
  • For better performance..smooth engine and silent cabin..Hyundai verna is the best sedan in this price range..and if you're looking for spacious cabin ...large boot space ..then go for honda city.city's 1.5 i-dtec engine if good for long drives but for city rides, verna's engine will give better performance. If fuel economy is a big concern then honda city will the one which will satisfy you.
  • Go for Verna If you are looking for long term.....I aslo own a Verna it has done around 1,35,000 kms and 8 years with no issue and just 1 time clutch replacement
  • If you looking premium and awesome look then go for verna and also verna's s base and second models are affordable than Honda city.but Honda city's average is little more than verna. But if you like stylish and premium then yes for verna. And also honda city's maintenance cost are high.

Q. Which is best dzire or etios?
  • You can't go wrong by choosing either these two. Both the cars are good in terms of efficiency and safety. Maruti has tried to provide all the safety features, which make the passengers safe during the ride and also make sure there is less damage to the car in case of an accident. The top end trims are equipped with anti-lock braking system, EBD along with dual SRS airbags. The central locking system, engine immobilizer, side impact beams, three-point seat belts and child safety locks come in as standard features. Toyota Etios Sedan is loaded with numerous safety features, in the top end trim you would find ABS, EBD, dual SRS airbags, driver’s seat belt warning, and keyless entry. On the other hand, the engine immobilize, day and night inside rear view mirror, door ajar warning, central locking system, headlight –on warning are other regular safety traits here. Toyota Etios Sedan is a good looking car, which is also pleasurable to drive. However, Maruti Swift Dzire gets good marks in the mileage department whereas Etios has spacious cabin as compared to Dzire. An option of automatic variant on the Dzire also makes the offer more appealing. Therefore, Maruti Suzuki has always been ahead in the race and here too.
  • 2 things which makes ratios a clear winner in my eye is the superb low on noice diesel though delivers average power with variable turbo ,second Toyota after sales experience. Now maruti had stopped ldi dezire new design is nice but engine life after 1 lac? petrol both gives a value for money performance. Thanks.
  • First of all don't compare Etios with DZire. Etios is the clear winner.

Q. Which is best option in hyundai verna petrol or diesel and which is economical and better in performance?
  • The Hyundai Verna is available with three engine options: 1.4-litre petrol, 1.6-litre petrol and 1.6-litre diesel. The 1.4-litre petrol engine produces 100PS/132Nm, while the 1.6-litre petrol engine makes 123PS/151Nm. Power figures for the 1.6-litre diesel engine, on the other hand, stand at 128PS/260Nm. Both the 1.6-litre engines are offered with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox, while the 1.4-litre engine is offered only with the 6-speed manual gearbox. If your requiremnts are only for the city comutes then 1.4 liter petrol version would be a better pick other wise if you need more power, then you can opt 1.6 liter petrol version. and if your daily usage is more than around 50km then you may opt for 1.6 diesel version. Here are the ARAI-certified figures for fuel efficiency: 17.70kmpl (petrol-MT), 15.92kmpl (petrol-AT), 24.75kmpl (diesel-MT) and 21.02kmpl (diesel-AT). • Diesel if you believe in the phrase pedal to the metal & great fuel efficiency. Petrol is good too but the diesel is so much superior in every aspect that , it usually overshadows the petrol variant in sales as well overall driving experience.
  • Diesel is better if you are looking for long term ..it has been 8 years since I had own one.....It gives around 17 kmpl in city and 22-23 at highways
