MG Hector 2021-2023 Service User Reviews

I purchased mg hector hybrid mt dual tone on shivratri of 2021.This is a nice car in this segment with superb features.However, Its infotainment system is little bit laggy which can me improved with updates.First suv car with hinglish commands which feels like indian.This car is 75% made in india which is much better than other foreign cars.Currently getting 11.2 kmpl in busy road with average speed of 28kmph.Expecting around 14-15 kmpl after first service and 15+ on long run.

Vehicle is one of the best model with the cost effective features have seen.However, After sales services are pathetic and very very poor in few states, Especially karnataka am facing terrible problems with the mg - jubilant motors in bangalore.Such a horrible experience have been ongoing.Despite all their seniors managers' involvement and mg motor india involvement.Hence, I wont recommend this vehicle only due to their poor service responses and arrangements.

Worst customer care.Useless and cannot trouble shoot anything and ask to visit service center for every problem.I have to travel 30kms due to poor service network.They shud just close their call centre and not waste money people's salary in call centre.

I own an sharp variant of mg hector, I like the panoramic sunroof and it gives a mileage of 14 kmpl in the city and 17 in the highway, The performance is 50-50 its gives a punch it redlines at 5500 rpm, Because of the engine i would prefer the kia seltos 1.4tgdi engine and customer service is good.

My mg hector plus stopped working internet and have left it in service center for the second time within a weeks time.It seems there could be some communication error.But fear of hardware failure.

Worest car i never seen in 1 year almost 34 times breakdown and in service center they are doing fraud 🙏🙏
