KTM India recently cut down the price of the 390 Duke by a whopping Rs 18,000. It is now priced at RS 2.95 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), and at this price there are a lot of other motorcycles which one can consider over it. Lets have a closer look at the other options.

Price - Rs 3,03,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the Canyon red paint scheme
The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is a retro classic motorcycle. In terms of the looks the motorcycle looks quite minimalistic with its tear drop style metal tank and simple side panels. It uses the 649cc parallel twin motor which makes 47PS and 52Nm. This engine has always been the main highlight of the Interceptor 650. As it provides a perfect blend of performance and refinement. It gets a telescopic front and rear twin shocks adjustable for preload. For braking duties, it gets a 320mm front and a 240mm rear disc brake setup with dual channel ABS. The Interceptor 650 uses a 18-inch wheel setup for both ends. In terms of features the Interceptor 650 is quite a basic motorcycle as it gets an analogue speedometer and tachometer along with a small digital display for fuel capacity and trip information.

Price - Rs 2,72,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the Fury Yellow paint scheme
The TVS Apache RTR 310 is the naked version of TVS’ flagship motorcycle, the RR 310. It gets a proper streetfighter styling with a split front LED headlight The RTR 310 uses the same 312.2cc single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which puts out 35.6PS and 28.7Nm. The RTR 310 uses a 41mm USD fork and a rear monoshock with preload-adjustability. For braking duties it gets a 300mm front and a 240mm rear disc brake setup. It uses a 17-inch wheel setup for both front and rear. The TVS RTR 310 is one of the most loaded motorcycles in the segment. It gets features like a climate-controlled seat, cruise control, bidirectional quickshifter, ride-by-wire and all-LED light. It uses a 5-inch TFT display which is quite loaded. It shows all the crucial information and also gets smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth. It gets convenient features like turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts.

Price - Rs 2,79,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the S variant
The Harley-Davidson X440 is the most affordable bike in India from the American brand. It gets styling inspiration from the Harley-Davidson XR1200X from the yesteryears. The X440 uses a 440cc air-cooled engine which makes 28PS and 38Nm. This engine has been praised for its effortless power delivery and exciting exhaust note. It gets a 43mm USD fork and dual shocks with preload adjustability at the rear. The X440 gets a 320mm front and a 240mm rear disc brake setup along with dual channel ABS. The X440 uses a 18-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup. In terms of features the X440 gets all LED lights along with a neatly integrated TFT console which shows all the crucial information. This TFT also gets smartphone connectivity along with turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts.

Price - Rs 2,64.949 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Triumph Scrambler 400X is a scrambler-style motorcycle. It gets its styling inspiration from the bigger Scrambler series motorcycles and it does look quite good overall. It gets a 398cc single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine and makes 40PS and 37.5Nm. It uses a 43mm USD fork and a rear monoshock with preload adjustability. It gets a 320mm front and 240mm rear disc brake setup with switchable ABS and traction control. The 400X gets a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear alloy wheel setup. In terms of features the Scrambler 400X features all LED lights and gets a semi digital instrument cluster. It uses an analogue speedo and a digital tachometer along with other crucial information.

Price - Rs 2,98,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the Hanle Black paint scheme
The Himalayan 450 is a proper adventure tourer from Royal Enfield. It gets a tall stance and gets all the touring friendly hardware which makes it quite capable on both, road and off-road. It uses a 452cc single cylinder, liquid-cooled motor which makes 40PS and 40Nm. The HImalayan uses a 41mm USD fork and a rear monoshock with preload adjustability. Both the front and rear suspension is from Showa and offers 200mm of travel at both ends, which makes it quite capable off-road. It uses a 21-inch front and a 17-inch rear spoke wheel setup which takes the ground clearance to an impressive 230mm. The motorcycle is on the heavier side with 196kg kerb weight. In terms of features the HImalayan 450 is decently loaded as it gets an all-LED light setup. It has a a TFT display which shows all the crucial information and gets smartphone connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts.
