Yamaha upped the ante with the launch of the fourth generation YZF-R15. It’s pricey, yes, but it has a lot going for it, from segment first features to its revised sleeker styling. The company even goes an extra mile to offer some sick accessories that will help keep fragile parts safe. So if you’re planning on buying the R15 V4 you might want to consider these accessories to go along with it.
Frame slider: Rs 1,650

Perhaps the most important add-on. Frame sliders or crash bobbins are meant to protect the bike's fairing in the event of a crash. A must buy for the R15.
Clutch, brake lever: Rs 950

If you have small hands you might want to consider getting Yamaha’s adjustable brake and clutch levers. The adjustment screw can be set to suit any hand size to give the best clutch and brake feel.
Lever guard: Rs 900

A bike's clutch and brake lever can break quite easily in case of a fall because the handlebar is usually the first point of contact with the ground. The protect them customers could opt for lever guards. They come in quite cheap as well so they are a must have in our opinion.
USB charger: Rs 750

Next up is a USB charger. Smartphones can eat into their batteries quite fast, especially when you’re on the move and using the phone for directions, music etc. So it would be handy to have a USB charger installed to juice up your phone just in case it’s running low or runs out.
Seat cover: Rs 490

Stock seats can wear out overtime with constant use. The accessory seat cover could prolong this process and keep the stock seats looking as good as new. It also offers extra cushioning for better comfort.
Skid plate: Rs 550

There is a possibility for tall speadbrakers and deep potholes to damage the cat-con if you aren’t careful. A skid plate would be the perfect solution in this case. At Rs 550 it’s a steal.
Tank pad: Rs 190

Unless you like showing off a battle scarred fuel tank, there is no better feeling than having a tank pad. It protects the paint from rubbing against your belt buckle or jacket zipper and keeps it in pristine condition.
