Besides BYD screamed new updates for two of their cars while Tata Motors and Toyota rolled silently – not enough to be hidden from us. The key highlight was the Maharashtra Budget 2025-26 which had some surprising proposals for the auto industry, whether you like it or not. Tata Harrier EV Showcased Yet Again

We’ve started this week on a Sunday, unlike the usual Monday blues that set in. Courtesy? Tata Motors invited us to their Pune facility to showcase their upcoming Harrier EV once again after the Auto Expo in January. But this time it wasn’t just a glimpse. Mahindra BE 6 And XEV 9e Charger Policy Revised

Mahindra had mandated buying a charger from the brand along with their newest EVs, the BE 6 and XEV 9e. Available with a choice of two AC chargers which cost up to Rs 75,000 buyers had no choice but to pay for it. Toyota Innova Hycross Updated With A Safety Feature

Toyota has updated the Innova Hycross’s hybrid variants with a much-needed pedestrian safety feature called AVAS (Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System). This has been made standard across all variants of the MPV in its hybrid powertrain and in fact there’s no premium for this addition. As for the rest, the car stays unchanged.
