TVS has finally launched its flagship motorcycle, the 2021 Apache RR 310, in India. Moreover, the bikemaker has introduced an online ‘Built To Order’ platform which lets you customise your 2021 TVS Apache RR 310. To that end, customers can opt from two different performance kits: Dynamic and Race. The selection can be done on the TVS configurator and the TVS Arrive smartphone app while purchasing the motorcycle.
What Do You Get?

The Dynamic Kit offers fully adjustable front and rear suspension and an anti-rust brass-coated chain. On the other hand, the Race Kit gets you a race ergo-oriented handlebar, raised footpeg assembly and knurled footpegs. Both the offerings are road legal.
Dynamic Kit

Starting with the Dynamic Kit’s fully adjustable suspension, it lets you calibrate the front fork as per your need. You can manually set up the preload with 15mm of adjustment with a 20-step compression as well as 20-step rebound adjustment.
Meanwhile, the monoshock gets a 20-step rebound and 10-step preload adjustment. This lets you alter the ride as per usage (track, touring, city).
The brass-coated chain is not only resistant to rust but also adds to the visual appeal. Who doesn’t like a little extra bling on their bike?
Race Kit

With the Race Kit, the TVS Apache RR 310’s clip-on handlebars are pulled five degrees inside and are eight degrees lower. This gives you an aggressive tucked-in position, best suited on the track. Aiding the race-oriented stance, the footpegs are raised 30mm higher and get an extra 4.5-degree lean angle. This setup contributes to the new exhaust setup too, and the sum total of all these changes is a bike that’s even more suited for racetrack use.
Can You Fit It On The Older Model?
Absolutely! TVS will offer both the kits for the older models as well. However, the race muffler (standard on the 2021 model) will only be available for the BS6-compliant models.
How Much Do You Pay?
The asking price for the TVS Apache RR 310 with the Dynamic Kit is set to Rs 12,000 while that with the Race Kit retails at Rs 5,000. The said prices are for the new bikes configured on the online platform. However, the kits will cost more for the older bikes.
