Everybody loves a powerful motorcycle, but riding fast in a straight line is not the only thing that makes a motorcycle fun, but also how it handles round the corners. The 2025 TVS Apache RR 310 is easily one of the most loaded motorcycles in the segment when it comes to the features. We list the aspects that really make the bike stand apart in its segment:
The 2025 TVS Apache RR 310 can be personalised according to the owner’s preference. It includes a Dynamic Kit, Dynamic Pro Kit and Race Replica Paint scheme.
Dynamic Kit (Rs 18,000 more)
This kit offers additional features over the quick-shifter variant of the RR 310. It gets fully adjustable KYB Suspension both front and rear. At the front it gets 20 levels of damping 15 steps of preload adjustment whereas at the rear it gets 20 levels of damping and 10 steps of preload adjustment. It also gets a brass -coated chain (for rust resistance) and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
Dynamic Pro Kit (Rs 16,000 more)
It gets all the features from the Dynamic kit along with electronic rider aids like cornering traction control, cornering ABS, cornering cruise control, wheelie control, rear lift-off control, dynamic stability control and hill hold assist.
Race Replica Graphics (Rs 10,000 more)
This is basically the top spec variant of the RR 310 with the Dynamic pro kit along with the replica graphics.
Thanks to the several track-friendly electronics, the TVS Apache RR 310 feels like a cheat code around a race track. It will help you be as fast as possible while also being forgiving enough at the same time. Some of these features are present only in more expensive superbikes.
Ride Modes
The RR 310 gets 4 ride modes: Urban, Rain, Sport and Track.
Urban and Rain are slightly less powerful modes in which the motorcycle makes 30PS instead of 38PS and 26.5Nm instead of the usual 29Nm. This makes the motorcycle a lot easier to ride for newer riders or in city conditions, and while riding in the rain.
The Sport and Track mode are the absolute attack modes in which the motorcycle makes the maximum power. 38PS at 9800rpm and 29Nm at 7900rpm. The versatility of different output figures in riding modes is unheard of in its segment.
Bidirectional quickshifter
It allows for seamless gear shifting experience without any clutch input or throttle blipping. This makes the motorcycle slightly faster as it makes gear changing quicker than usual.
Launch Control And Slope Dependent Control
A launch control helps in achieving maximum acceleration from a standstill without any excessive power loss or wheel-spin. A proper launch can make or break a race (of course, on a race track), so this is something that’ll really come in handy on track days.
A slope dependent control dynamically adjusts the braking force while the brakes are applied on a slope. With this, riding on the ghats - especially while coming down can be a lot more controllable.
Cornering ABS
It gets a 6 axis IMU (inertial measurement unit) based cornering ABS which adjusts the braking force in accordance to the motorcycle’s lean angle which makes hard braking much safer during extreme lean angles. Even if you make a mistake and brake late into a corner, the cornering ABS should help in keeping the motorcycle stable and not lock up the wheels while you’re in mid-corner.
Cornering Traction And Cruise Control
A cornering traction control system helps in maintaining traction during cornering by controlling the torque going to the rear wheel and prevents the wheel from spinning off or sliding. This is particularly useful in tackling sharp corners on a race track.
Cornering Cruise Control automatically adjusts the speed of a motorcycle while tipping the motorcycle towards a corner. This should help in minimising rider fatigue while going on long winding roads.
Wheelie And Rear Lift Off Control
It prevents the front wheel of the motorcycle from lifting under hard acceleration. Similarly the Rear Lift Off control stops the rear wheel of the motorcycle from lifting off the ground under hard braking. Compared to four wheelers, a motorcycle has only two contact points, so it’s all the more important to keep the rubber side down at all times.
Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
It provides realtime tyre pressure of the front and rear tyre on the TFT console. So that the motorcycle is always running with the right tyre pressure.
Wind-tunnel tested winglets
The 2025 TVS RR 310 comes equipped with wind-tunnel tested winglets which improve the motorcycle’s stability while riding straight or cornering. It increases the grip levels of the motorcycle by producing downforce at certain speeds.
Adjustable Suspension & Brass Coated Chain
The RR 310 gets fully adjustable KYB suspension with an inverted fork and rear mono-shock which allows proper tuning for compression and rebound for both front and rear. This gives the rider full liberty of tuning the suspension setup according to their weight, riding style as well as the road layout. The brass-coated chain also minimises the chances of rusting compared to a regular chain.
Michelin Road 5 Tyres
These are high-performance W rated (higher speed rating up to 270 kmph) tyres. They provide excellent edge grip while hard cornering and also improve the overall stability of the motorcycle. Additionally, they make the bike confidence inspiring to ride when the roads are wet.
The RR 310 gets a vertically mounted 5-inch TFT console which comes loaded with convenient as well track focused features. For 2025 TVS has updated it and it now supports 8 languages.
Along with the usual smartphone connectivity and navigation, the console also gets a Digi-Docs feature which saves important documents like RC (registration certificate) and drivers license digitally for convenience.
Smart X Connect Race Telemetry
The console also displays various race telemetry readouts which includes distance covered, best lap record, G-force and gear shifting points. It also shows in-depth post-ride analysis of data collected during a ride. The console is part of the TVS SmartXonnect system, which links the motorcycle to a smartphone for detailed analysis and navigation. Note that it uses the phone’s accelerometer for the G-force measurement, so it may not be very accurate.
The TVS Apache RR 310 is priced from Rs 2,77,999 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the base non quickshifter variant. This makes it a lot more affordable than other motorcycles in the segment. The base variant still offers almost all the necessary electronics and safety features which one can ask for in a sports bike.
The quickshifter variant is priced at Rs 2,94,999 (ex-showroom Delhi). On the other hand, the top of the line variant of the RR 310 with the Dynamic Kit, Dynamic Pro Kit and Race Replica paint scheme costs Rs 3,43,999 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is a bit too high and makes it Rs 22,000 more expensive than the best in class KTM RC 390. However, for the price the RR 310 does offer a lot of top of the line features.
For those who prefer sophistication and usable performance over raw firepower, the RR 310 makes a lot of sense as it ticks all the right boxes for a well-rounded supersport that can commute as well as set racetracks on fire.
