Mercedes will hike prices by Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 7 lakh, depending on the model.
It has cited a rise in input cost as the hike’s reason.
GLA SUV and E-Class sedan will see the smallest relative hike of under Rs 2 lakh.
S-Class and Maybach models see the most substantial increase.
The new prices will be effective from January 1, 2023.
Luxury carmaker Mercedes has announced that it’ll increase prices by up to 5 per cent across its entire model range from January onwards. It’s that time of year when carmakers adjust their prices according to inflation and rising input costs, and these are the reasons Mercedes has cited as well. Other automakers have announced a similar increase in prices.
