The month of August 2024 has started and this brings with it the possibility of new two-wheelers entering the market. So what are those upcoming vehicles? Let’s take a look:

Updated Royal Enfield Classic 350

Royal Enfield has sent us an invite for the launch event on August 12, 2024 for the updated Royal Enfield Classic 350. The 350cc roadster is expected to get some feature and cosmetict changes, however, mechanically, the bike will likely remain unchanged. New features and colour schemes will surely freshen up the Classic 350 and make it better equipped at the same to maintain its dominance in the segment.

BSA Gold Star 650

The iconic British brand, BSA Motorcycles is making a comeback to India with the launch of the BSA Gold Star 650 on August 15, 2024. It gets stylish retro looks with some beautiful colour schemes. The roadster is powered by a 650cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that makes 45.6PS and 55Nm. The suspension setup consists of a 41mm telescopic fork with covers, and 5-step preload adjustable twin-shock absorbers. It also comes equipped with a circular halogen headlight, a twin-pod instrument cluster with digital insets, a handlebar-mounted USB port, and an engine immobiliser. It is expected to be priced around the Rs 3.5 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.

Updated TVS Jupiter 110

The popular TVS Jupiter 110 is getting updated and the new model will be launched on August 19, 2024. The scooter hasn’t been updated for a long time and is expected to get a major design overhaul. It is expected to get an LED DRL and the headlight and the taillight are expected to be redesigned and come equipped with LED units as well. A design change will give the scooter a more youthful look and make it more appealing to potential buyers. Check out the details in our story here.

Ola Electric Announcements

As we have seen over the past few years, Ola Electric always makes big announcements on August 15. So, we expect the EV maker to make announcements this time as well. Recently, the manufacturer’s CEO Bhavish Aggarwal shared a teaser of an Ola Electric bike with a comfortable, upright riding posture and its battery pack as well. Before that, he also revealed that the company is planning to launch a few variants of the bikes by early 2025. So, on August 15, 2024, Ola Electric is expected to announce a more concrete launch timeline for its first bike and maybe showcase it at the same time.
