Suzuki India had a very eventful first day at Auto Expo 2025. The brand had launched a new scooter and a flex fuel bike. It also showcased a much- awaited electric scooter that we had all been waiting for. Here’s a brief overview of everything we had seen.
Suzuki decided to take the wraps off the much awaited Suzuki e-Access. This is one scooter which we had been waiting for, for a very long time. Our interest in it was sparked since we saw the e-Burgman being tested in India.

The e-Access features a modern look, with a sharp design and styling. The brand has given it a sharp looking front apron, which makes the scooter look a bit sporty upfront. But at the rear, it has received the usual boxy looking design and styling typical of family-oriented scooters.
Suzuki has given the scooter a couple of changes when compared to the e-Burgman to make it more suited to Indian riding conditions. This includes the use of a fixed battery pack which offers a decent claimed range.
The Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 is the brand’s 250cc supersport. This year, Suzuki has decided to make it a lot more eco-friendly by bringing out a flex fuel version. The flex fuel bike is able to run on E85 petrol, which is a mix of 85 percent ethanol and 25 percent petrol.

Compared to the petrol-powered Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, which comes at a price of Rs 2,07,000 (ex-showroom), the flex fuel version costs Rs 9,500 more. This brings the price of the flex fuel Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 to Rs 2,16,500 (ex-showroom). But the bump in performance it gets surely makes the premium worth it.
Suzuki also launched the updated 2025 Access 125 in India. The scooter comes at a price starting at Rs 81,700 (ex-showroom). As part of this update, Suzuki has reworked the scooter’s design and it now looks a lot more retro and classy.

Now, the design changes are quite good and really makes the scooter look good. But where Suzuki really did make a major difference is in the features. The scooter now offers a lot of new ones, many of them segment firsts.
