August 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting month for performance motorcycle lovers in India. From all-new models to updated versions of popular bikes, here’s a look at what’s coming your way:

TVS is all set to dive into the entry-level adventure bike space with the upcoming RTX 300, which could be launched any time this month. The bike seems like it will be adventure-ready with features and equipment that it will have. It will be powered by the brand new RT-XD4 engine which will output 35PS and 28.5Nm, and will be paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. We expect the price tag to be around Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, the newcomer RTX 300 will go up against the OGs of the segment like the KTM Adventure 250, Suzuki V-Strom 250, and the Yezdi Adventure.

Yezdi is giving its Roadster and Scrambler a refresh, as both bikes have already been spotted testing on Indian roads. The updated versions feature subtle design updates that look cleaner and more modern, while the Scrambler was also seen having a single-sided exhaust for the first time. Yezdi is also likely to add features from the new 2025 Yezdi Adventure, including switchable traction control, to make these bikes more competitive.

Husqvarna’s updated lineup has hit the showrooms even though the bikes have not yet been launched officially. The Svartpilen 401 will now be offered in two versions, one with 17-inch alloy wheels and another with spoke wheels and tubed tyres. Meanwhile, the Vitpilen 250 is getting a tech upgrade with a 5-inch TFT console, replacing the older LCD console.

Triumph will be launching the Thruxton 400 on August 6, 2025. Based on the Speed 400, this bike brings a cafe racer twist to the platform with a bikini fairing, a reworked tail section, clip-on handlebars and a more retro-styled fuel filler cap. While most mechanical bits will remain unchanged, the design tweaks give it a completely different personality. Expected to be priced at Rs 2.70 lakh (ex-showroom), the Thruxton 400 will become India’s most affordable cafe racer-style motorcycle once launched.
