Triumph Tracker 400 FAQs
Tracker 400 Key Highlights
Design: In terms of design, the Tracker 400 stands out with its stripped-back, aggressive styling. It features a round LED headlight with a small visor, a sculpted fuel tank, flat handlebars, and a minimalist tail section. Elements like the flat seat, number-board-style side panels, and upswept twin exhaust further enhance its flat-track character.
Features: Feature-wise, the 350cc Tracker 400 comes equipped with all-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument console, ride-by-wire throttle, switchable traction control, and a slipper clutch. These features add to its sporty and premium appeal.
Engine: Powering the bike is a 349cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 40PS and 32Nm. Compared to the standard 400cc version, which makes around 42PS and 37.5Nm, this engine is expected to offer slightly toned-down but still lively performance.
Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: Under the skin, the Tracker 400 continues with a premium hardware setup. It is based on the Speed 400 and gets a USD fork and a monoshock at the rear, mounted on a steel tube frame. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with block pattern tyres, offering a balance between road grip and light off-road capability. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS.
Rivals: Currently there is no proper rival for the Triumph Tracker 400, but it competes with motorcycles like the KTM 390 Duke, Royal Enfield Scram 440, and Honda CB350RS.
