Q. I was going for Honda city its top model comes at rs 16.5 lakhs, in which Xuv500 can also be bought but it lacks in features. So should i go for xuv500 or Honda city?

It’s purely SUV or Sedan. Finally Depends on choices but for features do not leave the main peace on mind of driving a vehicle for long term. No petrol car is reliable then honda and Toyota in diesel. However Xuv will be occasionally used for trips which honda city can also do with peace of mind on normal terrains.Sedan is always the most comfortable even with lesser space during long trips 1000 km plus. Xuv maintenance is 2-3 times higher then Honda city and overall build quality is not value for money which starts rattling with engine, door panels, dashboard etc. Xuv 2021 might be a better product if can wait. XUV500 way above Honda City. It is a segment above, so there is no comparison. XUV500 is a huge car, extremely spacious. If you want features you can go for something like Creta, which is also much much better than the Honda city. It has a panaromic sunroof! Lastly, you can save some money by going for Verna which is cheaper, it's SX variant (petrol) is at around 12 lacs on road and still comes with sunroof, digital IC, wireless charger, etc. If you want diesel, Verna diesel is anyway better than the Honda City. Another good alternative can be Tata Harrier, this car is next level!!! So seriously, NOT the honda city.
