Tatas should change their Ad agency. A beautiful small car is shown as being the first car in remote mountain village !!! Second ad shows teens going for chai !!?What is the target audience ? What segment are you trying ?Get some research done, be innovative. Wrap it in New paper and have a fresh new approach.

TATA motors support the dealers to cheating customers...I purchase a Tata Noon car on February 2012 and running 6500 Km. Tata offering me 4Year/60,000 Km warranty. After 2 months Tata motors say through the dealer to take Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of 3600/- and I take it. Last month I report the service centers some mechanical problem of missing and steering vibration. They service my car and return the compliant is still there as same. Service centers are o not carefully attend the warranty vehicles. Because after the warranty period they can billing the work. Other reason is most of mechanic are apprentices and trainees. They have no company training for TATA Motors. After one month I report to the service center for break problem and viper blade replacing, they adjust the break and replacing the viper blade. The total bill is Rs. 850/- (Spare is Rs.250/- and Labour charge is Rs. 600/-). I ask them what is warranty? And why I take the AMC? They tell me to ask TATA..I compliant this problems to TATA through e-mail and web. No response from TATA. (If Maruti immediately respond to customer). Tata motors say in advertising and time of purchasing, nano is an economy car. But after it, we facing a huge expense like a diesel car. Tata have a large benefit from the service. Actually the warranty is not affected for Tata motors.
