It costs Rs 2,000 more than the standard alloy wheels trim variant

Hero has launched the Pleasure Plus Platinum Special Edition, which is an aesthetic update to its only 110cc scooter offering. This new Pleasure Plus trim is priced at Rs 60,950 (ex-showroom Delhi), making it Rs 2,000 dearer than the regular alloy wheel variant. The Indian bikemaker has been sprucing up its model lineup for the upcoming festive period. First, it gave the Maestro Edge 125 a new Stealth mode and more recently, it made its stylish commuter, the Glamour 125 Blaze, a bit more youthful.

In our opinion, the overall black theme of the scooter works quite well. The black body contrasts well with the chrome accents on the front mudguard, exhaust guard and side panels. The tan treatment for the inner side of the apron, floorboard and even the seat looks like it is trying a bit too much. The addition of a pillion backrest is a neat touch, a white rim tape adds to the stylishness, and to complete the premium look, you get a 3D Pleasure Plus logo.

No changes have been made to the scooter’s engine or underpinnings. It still runs with the same 110cc single-cylinder engine that puts out 8.15PS and 8.7Nm. A telescopic fork and monoshock handle suspension duties and this variant only gets alloy rims. At both ends, there are drum brakes anchoring the scooter with the mandatory CBS available.
