350cc KTM 390 Duke & 390 Adventure Launched

KTM India has launched the 350cc 390 Duke and the 390 Adventure in India. The smaller engine has helped KTM take advantage of the 18% GST rate, and price the bikes lower. However, the 399cc versions will also be on sale simultaneously.

While the 399cc bikes will offer the same performance as before - 46PS, 39Nm - engine downsizing has affected the output:

That’s a significant drop – in performance as well as the price. That said, the features and the underpinnings are the same on the 350cc bikes. Riders now have a choice between saving some money by opting for lower performance, or going for all-out performance. The price difference between the two versions is quite stark and should make the choice that much easier.
