Volkswagen’s Omni-channel mobility solutions, a venture that offers leasing and subscription ownership models for VW cars, has expanded its legs with the addition of the Virtus to its lineup. Starting from Rs 26,987 (ex-showroom Ahmedabad) per month, customers can lease the new sedan for a tenure of 2 to 4 years with a month’s security deposit and an advance rental.
The monthly rental comprises insurance, maintenance, unforeseen repairs, and an easy contract termination option.

Moreover, customers that wish to undertake complete ownership of the vehicle at the end of the contract can do so at 20 percent of the showroom price, courtesy of the leasing ownership model, which starts at Rs 29,991. This model is completely similar to the Subscription model apart from the option of retaining the car upon contract expiry and unlimited mileage allowance during the tenure period. An optional ‘Service Value Pack’ is also available which terminates the need of renewing the insurance periodically.
