Triumph India has introduced new colour options for the Speed T4. Now available in 4 new colour options: Caspian Blue, Lava Red Gloss, Phantom Black –all available with Pearl White dual tone along with Phantom Black with Storm Grey.

In terms of the design, the silhouette of the Triumph Speed T4 remains untouched. However, apart from the new colours, it now gets a steel-finished exhaust. Also new are the 3D ‘T4’ emblems on the side panels. Other design elements include some minimalistic strips on the alloy wheels matching with the new paint schemes. Overall the motorcycle does look quite appealing and the paint schemes does make the Speed T4 stand out. The change is seen in the form of the new colour options which suits this retro modern motorcycle quite well.

It is now available in 4 new colour options. The Caspian Blue, Lava Red Gloss, Phantom Black are available with a pearl white dual tone which helps in enhancing the premium feel of this retro classic. While the Phantom Black and Storm Grey dual tone makes the Speed T4 look quite stealthy giving it an almost all black paint scheme.

The Triumph Speed T4 continues with the same 398cc single cylinder, liquid-cooled motor which makes 31PS at 7,000rpm and 36Nm at 5,000rpm and comes equipped with a 6-speed gearbox. Previously, the Speed T4 has been praised for its brilliant low-end performance and linear power delivery. The Speed T4 has also been praised for its deep and bassy exhaust note.
It gets a steel tubular frame along with a 43mm telescopic fork and a rear monoshock with preload adjustability. It gets 140mm front and 120mm rear wheel travel. For braking duties it gets a 300mm front and 230mm rear disc brake setup. It uses 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends along with tubeless tyres.

The Speed T4 gets LED lights all around. It gets a semi-digital instrument console with an analogue speedometer. The display shows all the crucial information like a gear position indicator, fuel indicator and trip information. Other than this it gets dual channel ABS. The Speed T4 comes equipped with only the usable set of features without any extra modern interventions.
The Triumph Speed T4 is priced at Rs 1,99,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) – no price change with the new colours. At this price the Speed T4 competes with the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Hero Mavrick 440, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, and the KTM Duke 250.
