The Honda QC3 is the latest family electric scooter in India. Here's everything you need to know about the EV scooter.

The Honda QC3 has a unique design that looks stylish and modern. It gets a spacious seat, an upright seating position, and generous floorboard space. It gets all-LED lighting and sleek LED DRLs that look smart, in our opinion, and give the scooter a youthful character. Overall, the scooter is well proportioned and will be appealing to a wide range of buyers.

The scooter is equipped with a 3 kWh battery pack. However, Honda has not yet specified the motor capacity and performance. The battery delivers a claimed IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) range of 145 km. This should be enough for a few days if your daily riding is about 20-25km. It can be charged from 0-80% in 2 hours 40 minutes with a fast charger. However, a full charge will take 4 hours.

The scooter gets a telescopic fork along with twin shock absorbers. Braking duties are handled by a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. While there is no official information yet, we could expect a Combined Braking System (CBS) to be present for balanced braking performance.

The Honda QC3 is equipped with a 5-inch TFT console with Honda RoadSync, featuring Bluetooth, turn-by-turn navigation, and call and SMS alerts. It also gets a smart key for keyless starts along with a USB charging port to charge your phone on the go. It has a large 32-litre underseat storage compartment, which increases practicality.
Honda has not announced the prices for the QC3. However, the scooter will be made in India, and we can expect it to be priced competitively against its rivals. It will go up against the Bajaj Chetak 3501, the TVS iQube, and the Ather Rizta. For reference, the Honda QC1 is priced at Rs 90,708 (ex-showroom) and has a range of 80 km.
Along with the QC3, Honda has also unveiled the all-new CB500, the rugged ADV 160 maxi-scooter, along with the Honda XR300 Rally, XR300L and Rebel Lineup.
