From premium European machinery to long-awaited Indian launches and electric entries, March 2026 is shaping up to be a packed month for two-wheeler enthusiasts in India. Here’s a look at the likely launches and updates this month:
The most hardcore machine on this list is the Ducati Desmo 450MX, a purpose-built motocross bike that the Italian brand has already teased for India through its social media channels. Designed primarily for competitive off-road use, the Desmo 450MX will feature a 450cc single-cylinder engine which makes 63.5PS and 53.5Nm, all while having a kerb weight (without fuel) of just 104.8kg! Unlike other Ducati bikes, this bike is aimed squarely at racers and serious off-road enthusiasts. Given its niche positioning and premium hardware, the Desmo 450MX will likely be sold in limited numbers in India.

Royal Enfield is set to expand its 650cc lineup further with the upcoming Bullet 650, which made its global debut at Motoverse 2025. The ‘Big Bullet’ combines the brand’s iconic Bullet 350 styling with the proven 648cc parallel-twin engine already seen in several Royal Enfield bikes. The focus of the bike will solely be on providing a relaxed cruising experience rather than outright performance. All said and done, the bike is expected to arrive soon and could be priced around the Rs 3.40 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.

Yamaha’s second electric scooter for India, the Aerox E, was unveiled earlier this year and is expected to launch in India in March 2026. Visually, the electric version closely mirrors the petrol-powered Aerox 155 quite closely. The scooter is powered by an electric motor producing a decent 9.4kW and 48Nm, drawing energy from two removable batteries with a combined capacity of 3kWh. Yamaha claims a range of approximately 106km on a full charge, which is quite low in our opinion, but the Aerox E will likely be a niche product targeted towards enthusiasts looking for something unique. The Aerox E is expected to launch in India with an estimated price tag of around Rs 2.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

Royal Enfield’s electric ambitions will begin with the Flying Flea C6, a motorcycle that blends heritage design with modern electric technology. Inspired by the original WWII-era Flying Flea, the new model features a distinctive retro-futuristic look. One of its most interesting elements is the girder fork, which adds to its vintage character while supporting modern engineering underneath. The Flying Flea C6 is expected to be priced around Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom) when it eventually arrives (or lands!) in India.

The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is also scheduled to receive a small, yet meaningful, update later this month, with changes expected on March 27. The revisions will likely include updated colour options, much-needed tweaks to the suspension setup, and possibly new sticker tyres! While the core mechanical package should remain unchanged, these adjustments could improve ride quality and keep the roadster competitive in its segment.
