Royal Enfield Bullet 650 FAQs
Bullet 650 Key Highlights
Price: The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is priced at Rs 3,64,856 (ex-showroom, Chennai).
Design: In terms of design, the Bullet 650 stays true to the iconic Bullet DNA with its bulky and macho styling. It gets old-school elements such as a circular headlight with a chrome hood, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and long chrome peashooter exhausts. The bike also features premium pinstripe graphics and retro-themed badging on the fuel tank and side panels. It is available in Cannon Black and Battleship Blue colour options, with the latter being exclusive to India.
Features: The Bullet 650 comes equipped with a semi-digital instrument console featuring an analogue speedometer and a digital inset. It gets a gear position indicator, fuel gauge, tripmeters, and an odometer. The bike also comes with the Tripper navigation pod as standard, along with an all-LED lighting setup and adjustable clutch and brake levers.
Engine: The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is powered by a 648cc, air and oil-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 47PS at 7,250rpm and 52.3Nm at 5,650rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. It also gets a slip-and-assist clutch, which should make clutch operation lighter and more manageable in city traffic.
Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: The Bullet 650 is built around a steel frame and gets a 43mm telescopic fork along with preload-adjustable twin rear shock absorbers, offering 120mm and 90mm wheel travel respectively. It rides on a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheel setup wrapped in tubed tyres. Braking duties are handled by a 320mm front and 300mm rear disc brake setup with dual-channel ABS as standard. The bike has an 800mm seat height, 154mm ground clearance, a 14.8-litre fuel tank, and weighs 243kg kerb.
Rivals: The Royal Enfield Bullet 650’s closest rival is the BSA Gold Star 650, although the BSA uses a single-cylinder engine configuration.
