The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has always been a handsome motorcycle with some eye-catching colour schemes available on the bike since it was launched. This time around, Royal Enfield has gone stealth mode with the launch of the new ‘Shadow Ash’ colour scheme on the Guerrilla 450.

The new Shadow Ash colour scheme on the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has a matte finish to it, with a combination of black and olive green on the fuel tank and on the side panels of the bike, while the logos have a sky-blue finish to them. The rear fender also gets the olive green scheme, and the half-rim tapes are in blue - a neat contrast to the blacked-out wheels and underpinnings.
The new colour scheme is part of the Dash variant. The bike is now available in seven colour schemes (Brave Blue, Yellow Ribbon, Playa Black, Gold Dip, Peix Bronze, Smoke Silver and the new Shadow Ash) across the three variants.

Apart from the new colour scheme, the Guerrilla 450 remains mechanically unchanged. It continues to be powered by the same 452cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that’s pretty peppy for a Royal Enfield. In fact, it managed to do the 0-100kmph sprint in a tested 6.57 seconds, 0.68 seconds quicker than its rival, the Triumph Speed 400.
Credit where it’s due, Royal Enfield does know how to make art on two wheels, especially on the customisable two-wheeled canvas that the Guerrilla is. We hope its go-anywhere sibling, the Himalayan 450 also gets some interesting shades in the future too.
