For 2026, the Guerrilla 450 doesn’t get a mechanical overhaul. Instead, Royal Enfield has introduced a new Apex variant that focuses on riding feel rather than outright performance gains.
The new Apex variant differentiates itself with a slightly lower (56mm) and farther (57mm) set handlebar. This means a more forward-leaning posture, which should translate to better front-end feedback and sharper feel. It also gets new tyres: Vredestein Centauro ST – more road biased, for better grip and on-road performance. Intrestingly, these are the same tyres as its chief rival, the Triumph Speed 400; also seen on the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650.

Visually, the Apex gets a slightly sportier treatment. There’s a removable pillion seat cowl, headlight cowl, rim tapes, bar-end mirrors, and three new colour options (Red, Green, and Black). The Apex Red colour is priced at Rs 2,49,194 and the other two at Rs 2,56,387 (all prices introductory, ex-showroom).
The 452cc liquid-cooled single continues unchanged, producing 40PS and 40Nm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. Underneath, the bike remains the same: steel twin-spar frame, 43mm telescopic fork, linkage-type monoshock, and disc brakes with dual-channel ABS.

Even the features also remain unchanged: 4-inch TFT display with Google Maps-based navigation, phone connectivity, USB-C charging, and two ride modes (now called Street and Sport). The 185kg kerb weight, and small 11-litre fuel tank capacity are also carried over (we wish the tank was bigger).
The Dash and Flash variants of the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 continue as the more upright, general-purpose roadster versions. The main change is that the Ceat Gripp XL tyres now get a new compound that claims to have better grip than before. Finally, the Dash variant gets a new Twilight Blue colour, also priced at Rs 2,49,194 (ex-showroom) that comes with handguards and a headlight grill.
