Liva as a product that will stop in next 2 years but its parts will be easily supported till next 15 years (look at qualities which stopped 15 years back). CVT was never a plan by Toyota in Liva, only in sedans Toyota offers AMT and CVT

  • Best Car

After seven years of driving a Toyota Etios Liva and covering around 57,000 kilometers, I've had to replace both shock absorbers, the steering wheel joint, and the front wheel bearing. In contrast, my previous ownership of a Maruti Alto was more reliable when it came to these parts. I've also encountered another owner with similar complaints about the Etios Liva. Based on my personal experience, I would caution against buying a Toyota Liva and suggest considering other brands, which could potentially save you a significant amount on costly replacement parts.
