Q. I am planning to buy Ecosport petrol. can some one guide me which model to go for to for to have a decent mileage and what would be the future of Ford when it gets merged with Mahindra in terms of service cost and maintenance. will it improve or may go down?

If you have decided to go for petrol then choose the 1.5L dragon engine for better mileage and maintenance cost. Titanium variant has good necessary features if you are on budget. If you can stretch the budget then choose any variant above it too. Ford merging with Mahindra is only going to improve the customer experience, don't worry about it.

Ecosport petrol is a good choice . Titanium or titanium + should be fine if you are going for value for money model . Average is about 10 or11 local and about 15 in long run . Ford may merge with Mahindra in future but service and spares should not be a problem . Go for it and enjoy the fun filled drive

As I’m owing the Fidel variant of titanium plus I don’t have much idea of the petrol variants. But no matter petrol/ diesel this vehicle is amazing.Im getting mileage around 18-20. Not a big headache in cost/maintenance.
